This Bucerias landmark, famous for its great bar, food and service, has been consistently voted Best Out of Town Restaurant by Readers´ Choice. Chef Jan Benton is clearly passionate about food, receiving acclaim from both patrons and the media for her elegant menu. With focused flavors and clean lines, using Mediterranean and Asian influences, Mark´s exceeds expectations. The innovative menu reflects the best of the season, with daily chef creations using locally grown produce and fresh seafood. The bread and flatbreads are handmade daily and fired in the brick oven. The appetizers are not to be missed, with tempura tuna rolls, fried calamari, beef carpaccio and daily soups.
