Hnoi and co-owner/chef Ignacio Uribe originally bought this building in partnership with Tari Bowman, as a backup kitchen for Daiquiri Dick’s. However, this new venue came equipped with a storefront, and the idea of a gourmet deli was born. Their mission is to create healthy and affordable upscale food with soul!
